How To Buy A Diamond
With our website, we have a large selection of excellent stones for sale, please check through our available stones, and choose the best 3 that match what you are looking for.
When selecting your diamond, choose the 3 diamonds you like best, email us with your selection, with information as follows: Lot number (if applicable), Laboratory & certificate number, and a price.
Within a day we will let you know if your first, second or third choice is available, and from that time, there is one day available for you to organise payment & have your choice in diamond guaranteed.
When the diamond arrives, we will either send the diamond direct to you, or have your ring (or any other piece of jewellery that you desire) made, if you want to have a ring made, please let us know when you contact us that you are interested in a ring (or anything else for that matter) to use your selected diamond.
We will happily work with any design or metal (platinum, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, silver) possible, we are happy to have you send pictures of something you like or drawings.
If you are having trouble choosing a design, we can help you with that part of the process too, remember we aren’t just a website, we have a REAL store where you can come in and have a look & feel of some designs and styles that you may consider.
Please note, all diamond prices are quoted in AU$ based on the current daily exchange rate, therefore prices change daily according to the exchange rate.
